Where are your products manufactured?
Our entire process, from development to final manufacturing, is 100% made in France. We collaborate with a specialized French laboratory to guarantee your complete safety. We control the origin of each raw material, which allows us to offer you full traceability and absolute transparency on what you consume.
Are your products natural?
Yes, our formulas are made with the maximum possible amount of natural ingredients. We always prioritize targeted plants and nutrients directly from nature.
To be completely transparent with you, the law prohibits us from saying "100% natural." Why? Because to boost the effectiveness of some formulas, we add essential minerals like zinc. For these minerals to be perfectly assimilated by your body, they must be stabilized in a laboratory, which is technically considered a synthetic transformation.
But don't worry: it's 100% safe, harmless, and excellent for your health. We simply make this choice to guarantee you a product that really works, while categorically rejecting controversial chemical substances. You get the best of nature, optimized by science!
Can your treatment be combined with other food supplements?
Yes, generally our products can be combined with other supplements without any problem. However, to avoid any risk of overdose with your other products or if you are following a specific treatment, we advise you to seek the advice of your treating physician.
How do loyalty and referral programs work?

What payment methods do you offer?
You can securely pay for your order by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as via Apple Pay and PayPal. We also offer the Klarna solution, which allows you to spread out your payments and pay in installments. All transactions on our site are fully encrypted, 100% secure, and risk-free for you.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, an automated email is sent to you with a tracking link. Simply click on it to track your package in real-time all the way to your home.
How long does it take you to ship orders?
We prepare and ship all orders within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note: exceptionally for the official opening of our store this June, shipping times may take several weeks.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, contact our customer service immediately by email or by phone. We will do what is necessary to send you the correct item free of charge and we will explain how to return the first product to us.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If a product is missing, first check your confirmation email to ensure that your entire order was supposed to arrive in the same package. If an item is indeed missing, contact us by email or by phone so that we can ship it to you as soon as possible.
Delivery and Returns
What is your delivery policy?
We deliver in France and to neighboring countries within 3 to 5 business days. Your package can be delivered directly to your mailbox or to a pickup point. Mondial Relay delivery is free as soon as you reach the minimum purchase amount indicated during payment.
Is the delivery discreet?
Discretion is our priority. Your order is shipped in completely neutral packaging, without any external logos. No mention of the brand or product type appears on the packaging. Your privacy is fully respected.
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything?
First, check your mailbox and ask your neighbors. Carriers sometimes validate delivery 24 hours in advance. If you still have nothing after this time, contact us by email or phone so that we can launch an investigation.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately by email or phone with a photo of the issue. Together, we will find the best solution and, in most cases, we will send you a new treatment at our expense.
How do returns work?
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For obvious hygiene and safety reasons, supplement bottles must not have been opened or started, and must be in their original packaging. Once the return is validated, we will process the refund.
